Hippo Pools is situated in the beautiful Umfurudzi Safari Area which is only 150km from Harare. There are service self catering lodges and campsites right beside the Mazowe River. There are 4 self catering chalets that sleep 2 - 8people, one A frame lodge and 4 safari tents. There is also a lovely campsite that you are able to camp at.

There are many enjoyable activities available for you to enjoy at Hippo pools, including game walks, horse riding, bird walks and fishing. Mountain bikes are also available for hire and you must definitely visit the big baobab tree!
