Kenya offers an amazing array of diverse holiday experiences, from its top-drawer wildlife in the Masai Mara National Park to its high plains, Mount Kenya Africa’s 2nd highest peak, semi-desert area in the north around Lake Turkana and its white beaches on the east coast around Mombasa and Lamu.

The word safari is from Kenya, meaning ‘journey’ in Swahili, the local language and for over 30 years Kenya has always been regarded as one of the hot spots for wildlife viewing in Africa. Amboseli NP is also renowned for its elephant population & and the quintessential views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Rivalling the Masai Mara for wildlife is Laikipia Plateau, a haven for privately run conservancies and the rare Black Rhino.

The many vibrant and diverse cultures of Kenya also offer a fascinating experience for travellers, particularly being able to experience in particular the Masai & Samburu traditions that are still upheld.
